Elements Metal Spindles

Elements is just one of the stair parts we stock here at Richard Burbidge for both new and refurbished staircases. Holes are pre-drilled in both handrails and base-rails for the sake of ease, whereby a selection of contemporary metal spindles can be used to fit in the slots. When it comes to the Elements range, you can choose from the Hybrid Double, Hybrid Single, History, Plain, Spiral Double and Spiral Single metal spindles. These can be mixed and matched to accommodate your particular taste and style. These metal staircase spindles are made with a 14mm diameter, whereby the solid steel bar is welded to an aluminium profile. There is also the added benefit of it being galvanised and powder-coated for an incredible finish that is resistant to corrosion. Spindles for stairs are available at 805mm and those for landings measure at 855mm. For use of the Elements range, it is necessary for stairs to have a pitch between 40 and 43 degrees.
