Louvre doors make an excellent way to create extra storage. You can use them to block off an alcove or make matching cupboards in different sizes. They also make great built-in wardrobes, room dividers and even window shutters. Sturdy yet relatively lightweight thanks to the open slat design, Richard Burbidge's louvre doors are intended for internal home use only.

Versatile

An all-time classic, louvre doors are as popular now as they have ever been. They remain a firm favourite among DIYers, and are suitable for a host of applications. With a huge range of sizes to choose from, you'll find one that meets your needs.

These versatile pine doors are great for use around the home when building kitchen cabinets or updating cupboards and wardrobes in bedrooms, living rooms and hallways - in fact, anywhere that needs a door. They also make stylish window shutters.

What's more, their open slat construction makes them ideal for areas requiring ventilation, such as bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms.

Ready to finish

Manufactured from a good quality clear pine, these louvre doors are supplied pre-sanded to a fine finish, leaving a smooth surface ready for you to paint, stain or varnish. Just add your choice of handles and hinges, and you'll be finished in no time.

To help minimise any movement or twisting in the timber - a natural occurrence resulting from changes in air moisture content - we recommend treating and installing your louvre doors as soon as possible after delivery.

As wood is a natural material, there may be a certain amount of variation in colour, grain and knots. These are typical characteristics of pine, and nothing to worry about.
